Credit Controller

RPO Recruitment's client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their team of professionals in Belvillle, Cape Town. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the credit control process from start to finish, ensuring timely payments are made by clients. You will also be tasked with carrying out credit checks on new clients, monitoring existing clients, handling customer queries and disputes, reconciling accounts, and proactively identifying and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of credit control principles and procedures, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The role will require a high level of accuracy, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. The successful candidate will be a team player who is able to work effectively with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
