Credit Controller (Property) | Johannesburg Central/Parktown GP Hire Resolve is seeking a disciplined and service-oriented Credit Controller to join a property management team in Johannesburg. This role is focused on the high-volume management of rental collections and tenant relations for a portfolio of approximately 800 units. Key Performance Areas: Collections & Arrears: Proactively call tenants to request late rental payments and minimize outstanding debt across 800 units. Payment Processing: Ensure timely and accurate processing of rental income, including handling of bank reconciliations, payment allocations, and cash flow management. Tenant Relations: Develop and maintain positive relationships with tenants through effective communication, issue resolution, and conflict mediation. Compliance & Reporting: Maintain accurate records and prepare regular reports on tenant arrears, collections, and other key performance indicators. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to optimize rental income and reduce debt. Required Skills & Experience: 2+ years of experience in a similar role; strong analytical and problem-solving skills; excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team; proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel.
