Credit Controller - Healthcare Industry - R253K - R200K

Hire Resolve is partnering with a reputable Healthcare company in search of a skilled Credit Controller to join their team. As a Credit Controller in the Healthcare industry, you will play a crucial role in managing and ensuring the timely collection of outstanding debts. Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end credit control process, including credit checks, collection calls, and debt recovery. Monitor and analyze customer accounts to identify potential credit risks and proactively address them. Contact customers via phone, email, and written correspondence to collect outstanding payments. Negotiate payment plans and resolve payment disputes with customers. Reconcile customer accounts and maintain accurate records of all transactions. Prepare and distribute monthly statements and reports on accounts receivable. Collaborate with internal departments, such as sales and billing, to resolve billing discrepancies and customer inquiries. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to credit control and debt collection. Achieve and maintain departmental targets for debt collection and minimizing overdue accounts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field (preferred). Proven experience as a Credit Controller or in a similar role within the Healthcare industry. Strong understanding of credit control processes, debt collection techniques, and relevant regulations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in financial records. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
