Your new role

As Credit Controller (Accounts Receivable), you will be responsible for closely monitoring outstanding invoices within your own customer portfolio. You will ensure the correct processing of incoming payments and follow up on payments via phone and email. You will discuss payment terms and repayment plans with customers and send out payment reminders.

Furthermore, you will maintain close internal contacts with various departments and support the reporting process for cash collection. You will work with professional systems (including ERP- and reporting tools) and actively contribute to a correct and efficient financial operation

Your profile

• You have a passion for numbers, payments, and customer contact.
• You possess a diploma in administration or finance, or you have relevant first-hand experience.
• You communicate fluently in Dutch, English, and French.
• You have good knowledge of MS Office (Teams, Excel).
• Experience with ERP-systems (such as SAP) is an asset.
• You work accurately, analytically, and are strong in problem-solving thinking.
• You take initiative, communicate clearly, and function well within a team.
