Job description
We are seeking a high-caliber Credit and Transactions Lead to drive origination, verification, structuring, reassignment, and servicing of receivables, trade finance, and other financing mandates. This is a hands-on, results-driven role with direct accountability for cash realization and mandate execution.
Candidate Profile:
• 5–12 years experience in credit, structured finance, trade finance, receivables management, or related capital markets.
• Proven ability to originate, verify, structure, reassign, and collect on financing mandates.
• Strong operational and commercial judgment; able to work directly with funders and counterparties.
• Entrepreneurial, results-oriented, and comfortable in a lean, high-pressure environment.
• Able to work autonomously and execute rapidly, with a focus on cash generation and mandate conversion.
Compensation: £50,000 base + performance-based commission on cash collected and engagement fees.
