Credit and Collections Manager

Credit & Collections Manager We are looking for a senior leader to oversee Credit Management, Collections and Disputes for North America (U.S. and Canada) , driving process standardization, continuous improvement, and the use of automation and AI across the end-to-end Order to Cash (O2C) process. Role Objective Lead the Credit & Collections strategy for the U.S. and Canada, ensuring strong internal controls, SOX compliance, and audit readiness, while improving cash flow, working capital and customer satisfaction. This role will also be responsible for developing and implementing processes to manage credit risk, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing changes as needed. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the O2C process and experience in managing large teams.
