Position: Credit Analyst with German Job Description: Credit Analyst with German Arrow Electronics is expanding our Credit Analyst team in Gdańsk – join us as we grow and shape the future together! We resell, customize, and distribute electronic components to our clients all over the world. Our business is based on a trusted, long-lasting relationship with our customers. We are looking for a Credit Analyst with German who will be responsible for analyzing credit reports, evaluating creditworthiness of potential customers, and providing recommendations for credit limits. Key Responsibilities: • Analyze credit reports from various sources (e.g., credit bureaus) to assess the creditworthiness of potential customers • Evaluate credit applications and provide recommendations for credit limits based on our risk assessment • Maintain accurate records of all credit-related activities and ensure compliance with relevant regulations • Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Operations, to ensure effective communication and coordination • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services, as well as the industries we serve • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and apply this knowledge to improve our credit risk assessment processes Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field • At least 2 years of experience in credit analysis or a related field • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • German language skills are required Benefits: • Competitive salary and benefits package • Opportunities for professional growth and development • Collaborative and dynamic work environment • Flexible working hours and remote work options • Access to cutting-edge technology and tools • Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance
