Creator Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your Tasks

• Campaign Management: Planning, implementation, and management of influencer marketing campaigns in close coordination with the team
• Client Communication: Support in client management, preparation of weekly updates, and preparation for meetings
• Market and Competitor Analyses: Identification of trends and development of ideas to strengthen the client strategy
• Budget & Cost Control: Support in budget management and ensuring economic target specifications
• Internal Coordination: Close collaboration with Key Account Management and support in client expansion
• Paid Media Support: Participation in paid campaigns on platforms such as Meta and TikTok

Your Profile

• At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing, project management, or a comparable role
• Good communication skills and a good sense for dealing with clients and creators
• Initial experience in budget management and process optimization
• Basic understanding of social media, influencer marketing, and paid media, with a desire to develop further
• Team player mentality, hands-on mentality, and initiative
• Very good German skills (at least C2) as well as good English skills in speaking and writing
• Diplomatic skill in dealing with different stakeholders
