TikTok Shop is changing the way people shop online – and you can be part of it from the very beginning.

GENUINE is one of the leading TikTok Shop partners in Germany, and we are looking for a Creator Manager (m/f/d) for our location in Cologne. You won't just be managing lists – you'll be responsible for the creator strategy for some of our most important brands. Your task: build a strong creator network, develop creators strategically, and translate TikTok trends into formats that truly sell.

Become part of one of Europe's most sought-after TikTok Shop agencies and take responsibility for creator management and operational implementation.

• Brand Responsibility: You will manage a selection of our core brands as a dedicated point of contact – from creator strategy to performance, always keeping the brand image in mind.
• Trend & Format Development: You will recognize emerging TikTok trends early and develop new content formats from them that convert and scale.
• Creator Coaching: You will actively support our affiliate partners – with hooks, trend insights, and content feedback – so that their videos not only look good but also sell.
• Creator Scouting & Development: You will identify promising creators, bring them on board, and develop long-term partnerships instead of short-term one-off actions.
• Creative Briefing: You will translate brand goals into clear, practical briefings that empower creators to produce TikTok-native content that performs.
• TikTok Collaboration: You will be in regular contact with TikTok's own teams, stay up-to-date with algorithm updates, and strategically use new features for your brands.

Your profile

• Initial experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or social media – ideally with a focus on measurable results
• You are active on TikTok yourself, recognize trends before they peak, and know how to turn them into a repeatable format
• You understand how TikTok hooks work, what social commerce is, and how to strategically optimize creator content
• Native-level German, good English skills for internal coordination
• You live in Cologne or are willing to relocate
