Creator Manager (m/w/d) Part-time

Midwife Isabelle is one of the most well-known midwives in Germany. With Instagram, online courses, and a book, we reach thousands of families daily. We are a small, remote-working team with genuine reach and growing influence. At our company, you don't work for an anonymous conglomerate, but directly with a person whose face and voice are the brand. Decisions are made quickly, your own ideas are welcome, and your work is immediately visible.

Tasks

• You will be the direct point of contact for Isabelle and help her deliver high-quality content.
• You coordinate collaborations independently: review requests, adjust conditions, coordinate timings, and ensure everything runs smoothly.
• You maintain the editorial calendar, schedule and set up contributions, and keep deadlines in mind.
• You monitor the performance of our channels, regularly evaluate insights, and draw concrete conclusions for our content.
• You have a sense for current trends on social media and know how to transfer them meaningfully onto an established channel without diluting the brand.
• In addition, you create simple graphics in Canva and take over basic video editing for Reels.

Qualification

• Demonstrable experience in influencer or cooperation management, preferably on Instagram.
• Good handling of Canva and video editing tools (e.g. CapCut, Edits, Final Cut or Premiere).
• Experience with editorial planning and content scheduling.
• Communication strength in dealing with external partners and brands.
• Eigenverantwortliche, strukturierte Arbeitsweise ohne dauernde Rückfragen
• Very good German language skills in writing and speaking.
• Interest in the topics of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum.

Nice to have

• Your own content experience (own channel, agency or freelance projects)
• Experience with project management tools like Notion, Trello or Asana
• Knowledge in the field of health, midwifery, or family themes
