For our growing CAP Team (Creator Acquisition & Production), we are looking for a creative, communicative, and TikTok-enthusiastic Creator Acquisition & Content Manager (m/f/d).

Your tasks

Creator Recruiting & Community Building

• You identify, contact, and recruit new TikTok Creators for our growing Creator network.
• You build and actively maintain long-term relationships with Creators and Influencers.
• You develop a vibrant and engaged Creator community around GENUINE and our partner brands together with the team.
• You organize Creator meetups, networking events, content days, and other community activities.
• You are a central point of contact for our Creators and support them in their further development.

TikTok Trends & Content Strategy

• You observe current TikTok trends, viral challenges, new Creators, and innovative content formats.
• You research and analyze successful TikTok videos and identify the factors that make them particularly successful.
• You identify viral hooks, storytelling techniques, and creative approaches that increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
• You develop creative content ideas, concepts, and compelling video scripts from trends and performance data.
• You conceptualize innovative content formats tailored to different brands, products, and target audiences.

Content Creation & Video Production

• You plan, organize, and coordinate video shoots with our TikTok Creators.
• You produce authentic, entertaining, and sales-driven TikTok content together with Creators.
• You write creative scripts, develop exciting storylines, and compelling hooks.
• You guide Creators through the entire production process – from the initial idea to the finished video.
• You experiment with different video formats, storytelling techniques, and creative approaches.
• You ensure that the produced content is suitable for both our brand partners and the TikTok platform.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

• You analyze the performance of our videos using relevant KPIs such as views, engagement, conversion rate, and GMV.
• You identify successful content patterns and derive concrete optimization measures from them.
• You provide constructive feedback to our Creators and help them continuously improve their content.
• You work closely with our Growth, Shop Management, and Creator Management teams to maximize the performance of our content.

Your profile

• Strong TikTok Affinity: You are at home on TikTok, actively follow trends, and understand the platform, its culture, algorithms, and content formats. You have a natural feel for which videos generate attention and can go viral.
• You are a true TikTok Native: You don't just consume content; you understand why certain videos work, recognize new trends early, and can transform inspirations into creative ideas.
• Creativity: You love developing new content ideas, writing scripts, and trying out innovative video formats.
• Communication Skills: You are open, sociable, and enjoy meeting new people and building long-term relationships.
• Passion for the Creator Economy: You understand the Creator scene and quickly recognize which talents have potential.
• Hands-on Mentality: You enjoy getting involved yourself, organizing shoots, and putting creative ideas into practice with Creators.
• Analytical Thinking: You enjoy analyzing video performance and deriving new creative approaches from data.
• Initiative & Organization: You work independently, take responsibility, and feel comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• First experiences in influencer marketing, creator management, social media, or content production are an advantage.
• You have very good German language skills and good English language skills.
