Tasks

• You will be responsible for the visual implementation of all brand and communication measures
• You are responsible for the conceptual and visual implementation of multi-channel campaigns, landing pages, corporate design, websites, and video content
• You will conceptualize photo shoots and video productions
• You will work closely with strategy, digital, and client lead teams to ensure the implementation of creative ideas
• You are responsible for process and quality control in the creative team as well as the further development of internal processes
• You are jointly responsible for the external impact of our agency

Qualification

• You have a completed degree in graphic design / communication design / media design or equivalent training
• You have at least 6+ years of professional experience in a communications agency
• You already have some experience as team lead
• You possess concept strength in classical and digital channels
• You recognize creative talents and enjoy leading the team
• You are motivated to set new standards and further develop the agency's performance
• You have very good German and English language skills
