Traditional Creative Foundation (Critical)

Background in videography, video editing, or creative direction
Understanding of cinematography, framing, pacing, and visual storytelling
Color grading and post-production skills
Experience with creative that actually converts (ads, not just pretty content)
Portfolio that demonstrates range: UGC-style, cinematic, story-driven, luxury, etc.
