Creative Strategy Meta Ads

As a Creative Strategist (m/f/d), you are the interface between data and creativity. You develop concepts, hooks and scripts for Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) – based on performance data, psychological triggers and target group insights.

Tasks

As a Creative Strategist, you are responsible for the creative strategy of our customer campaigns.

Your tasks include:

Creative Strategy & Concept Development

• Development of data-based creative strategies for Meta Ads
• Conceptualization of video and still creatives (UGC, Creator Ads, Founder Ads etc.)
• Development of hooks, angles and storylines for different target groups and levels of awareness
• Creation of clear briefings for our video and design team

Testing & Performance Optimization

• Analysis of performance data and derivation of concrete creative decisions
• Development and implementation of hypothesis-based creative tests
• Iterative optimization of creatives based on conversion KPIs

Qualification

You should bring the following:

• 1–3 years of experience in Creative Strategy, Performance Marketing or Paid Social
• Experience in the conception of Social Media Ads (Video & Stills)
• Understanding of conversion metrics and performance data
• Ideally experience with E-Commerce or D2C Brands
• Strong sense for copywriting, hooks and storytelling
• Structured, self-reliant and data-driven way of working
• Good knowledge of the Meta Ads platform
