Creative Strategist (m/f/d)

We are growth partners for over 100 of the largest German B2C brands such as AG1, AirUp, TOOM Baumarkt & Smilodox and are currently looking for Creative Strategists (m/f/d).

As a Creative Strategist (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the development and implementation of creative concepts along the entire creative process and actively shape the further development of the brand.

📍 Berlin (Hybrid: Office & Home office)

Tasks

• Responsibility for the creative process for top brands in DACH

• Creation of scripts for organic content, advertisements, and campaigns

• Close collaboration with the founders

• Analysis of KPIs and continuous optimization of assets

• Top 1% creative training worth €100k+

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in the field of creative strategy – ideally in an agency or brand environment

• Good feel for social media trends & best performers

• Strong communication skills and a real feel for people

• Full availability and the will to go the extra mile
