Creative Strategist - Full-time (m/w/d)

We are a Performance Marketing Agency specializing in Social Advertising for E-Commerce companies. Our 20-person team of Digital Natives supports its clients from the DACH region with creative campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok. We combine Media Buying with performance-optimized and innovative Creatives that convince our customers' target groups.

We are currently looking for a full-time Creative Strategist*in.

Tasks

• You analyze our clients' social ads campaigns on Facebook, Instagram & TikTok and lead meaningful adjustments to the ads.
• You manage your partners' ad budgets in the Meta Business Manager.
• You analyze and utilize optimization and scaling potential.
• In close coordination with the Creative Team and Creator Management, you implement campaign strategies.
• You organize content planning for the projects assigned to you and bear the editorial responsibility.
• You ensure that campaign concepts are successfully implemented.

Qualification

• You have a completed degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent education.
• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in the field of Social Advertising, including Media Buying and managing ad budgets independently.
• You are familiar with the Meta Business Manager inside and out and can manage campaigns comprehensively, analyze & scale them, and know which KPIs are important in E-Commerce.
• You can analyze and interpret campaign results and draw meaningful conclusions from them.
• You love juggling numbers and recognizing what makes sense for iterations.
• You are an organizational talent who always works structured and can transfer this working style to your team.
• You maintain a self-employed and independent work style with a pronounced hands-on mentality.
• Good German & English language skills in writing and speaking.
• A open, communicative approach and experience in customer contact.
