As Creative Strategist – Performance Advertising (m/w/d), you will work directly with our Founder & CMO and help us build a scalable creative strategy for all our performance marketing campaigns – from the first idea to conversion.

Aufgaben

🎯 Creative Strategy & Creative Engineering:
You develop strong hooks, angles, storylines, and formats for Performance Ads on Meta, TikTok, YouTube & Co. – with a focus on impact, scalability, and conversion.

🔬 Research & Insights:
You analyze daily customer feedback, reviews, ad comments, community chats, competitors, and trends – and translate these insights into concrete creative ideas and briefings.

✍️ Skripte & Briefings:
You write Ad scripts for UGC-, Creator-, and Founder-Ads and create clear, performance-oriented briefings for:

• UGC Creator
• Influencer
• internal Video- & Editing-Ressourcen

🎬 Production & Shooting Support:
You support our Video Guy during shootings, productions, and iterations – from preparation to setup to creative implementation.

📈 Performance-Analyse & Iteration:
You analyze the performance of creatives together with the Media-Buying-Team, derive learnings, and develop new creative iterations and test approaches.

🧠 Customer Journey & Funnels:
You actively work on optimizing our customer journey and help build direct-response funnels for new customers, retargeting, and existing customers.

🤖 AI & Tooling:
You use modern tools and AI for research, scripts, idea finding, and iteration – and have no fear of new workflows or experiments.

Qualifikation

✅ 1–3 years relevant experience in the field of Performance Marketing, Creative Strategy, Content Creation, Ecommerce, or Agency environment (practical experience + professional experience count).

🎯 Performance-Mindset:
You think creatively, but data-driven and understand how creatives contribute to clicks, conversions, and revenue.

✍️ Strong Storytelling & Copy Skills:
You can structure ideas clearly, script them, and communicate them in a way that is easy to understand – from the hook to the CTA.

📊 Number- & Analysis Understanding:
You have no fear of performance data and use it to build better creatives.

🎥 Hands-on Mentality:
You roll up your sleeves, think pragmatically, and feel at home in a rapidly growing environment.

📢 Languages:
German & English fluently in word and writing.

🐾 Nice to have:
On-camera experience, experience with UGC Ads, Creator-Marketing or AI-Tools.
