Why this position exists

Infinos is one of the largest telemedicine platforms for medical weight loss therapy in Germany. We generate an average annual revenue in the mid-7-figure range and have not taken any investor money to date. Two founders, a team of around 8 people, thousands of patients whom we support every month.

I am Linus, one of the two founders, and I have largely created the creatives for our ads myself so far. Marketing is growing faster than I can manage alongside everything else. That's why I'm looking for the person who will take over this area and expand it with us.

What you will do

• Observe the market: what the competition is running in Germany and abroad, and what works in the weight loss market outside of medicine.

• Turn these observations into testable concepts, each with a clear hypothesis and multiple hooks, and launch new ones every week.

• Build creatives yourself, primarily with AI: static images, animations, and edits from existing material.

• Organize shoots, working with us founders, our team, and UGC creators, from briefing and script to approval.

• Evaluate what is performing well and derive the next steps from it.

• Later on: manage our newsletter and short-form content for TikTok and Reels.

Your first 90 days

• Week 1: your first own ad is live.

• Month 1: market observation and idea planning are your responsibility, and new tests from you go live every week.

• Month 3: you approve your own ads, are familiar with the rules for advertising in the healthcare sector, and have a plan for how we will grow organically on short-form platforms.

Who we are looking for

• You have already built creatives for Paid Social that have performed well, and you know why they worked. The budget behind them is secondary.

• You build yourself instead of just briefing, and for this, you work daily with AI tools for images, video, voice, and text.

• You write good German hooks and scripts. Therefore, very good German language skills in speaking and writing are a prerequisite.

• You understand why someone with overweight seeks help and why they often don't accept it, and you write about it without condescension.

• You are eager to learn the rules for advertising in the healthcare sector. We will teach you what we are allowed to show and what not.

• You want to do the position full-time and not on the side.

Helpful, but not required: experience in health, fitness, or nutrition, or with other regulated advertising, a network of UGC creators, video editing. If you come from performance marketing and want to work more creatively, still apply.

What we offer

• €48,000–€60,000 fixed salary, depending on experience.

• Virtual company shares from our employee participation pool (VSOP). The amount will be discussed in the first conversation.

• AI tooling without budget limits.

• Remote work with regular on-site team meetings and flexible working hours, as long as the work is done well.

• Direct collaboration with both founders and honest feedback in both directions.

• 30 days of vacation.

We will respond within 3 days. Then:

1. 30-minute video call with Jan and me. We will explain how we work and why this position exists. You will tell us what you have done so far and what you are looking for.

2. A trial task of approximately 4 to 5 hours: analyze the market, develop a test package, and build a creative.

3. 30 minutes in which you present the trial task to us and we discuss the expectations of both sides.

4. Offer, in writing. From the first conversation to here, we usually need two to three weeks.
