Job description
Rügamer & Steiner · Düsseldorf · Full-time · 100 % on-site
You build campaigns that generate revenue for our clients — and see the results the very next day. The complete creation is in your hands: text, design, and visual world, all in one place, from idea to dispatch.
Responsibilities
- Design and launch campaigns in Figma, at a high frequency
- Build visual worlds: stock images, AI images via prompting, composing
- Text and design in one mind — the complete creation is yours
Qualifications
- Doer Mindset: You deliver and get things done
- High Commitment: We give it our all here, 100 % on-site with the team in Düsseldorf
- Eye for Aesthetics: You immediately recognize what looks good
- Extremely Fast Comprehension: You learn new tools in days
- Ambition and Self-Motivation: You accept feedback and get better every week
- You are comfortable using AI tools
Not required
You don't need Figma, newsletters, or a design education. Eye, speed, and attitude are what count — we will teach you the rest.
Benefits
- Always new insights — every campaign is different
- You are the mastermind behind the campaign, from idea to dispatch
- Your impact is measurable: The next day you see from the revenue what you have achieved
