Creative Strategist (m/w/d)

Job description

We are growth partners for over 100 of the largest German B2C brands, such as AG1, AirUp, TOOM Baumarkt & Smilodox, and we are currently looking for Creative Strategists (m/w/d).

As a Creative Strategist (m/w/d), you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative concepts along the entire creative process and actively shaping the further development of the brand.

Remote possible. You can expect flexible working hours as well as an attractive remuneration.

Tasks

Responsibility for the creative process for top brands in DACH
Creation of scripts for organic content, advertisements, and campaigns
Closely working with founders
Analyzing KPIs and continuous optimization of assets
Top 1% Creative Training worth €100k+

Qualification

Demonstrable experience in the field of creative strategy – ideally in an agency or brand environment
A good feeling for social media trends & best performers
Strong communicative skills and a genuine sense for people
Full availability and the willingness to go the extra mile
