Creative Strategist (m/f/d) - Hybrid (Remote+Office)

At Inkster, we value initiative, motivation, and fun! As a 10-person team of digital natives and our unique 2-week fruit-based tattoo, we launched in June 2021 and became the European market leader within months, selling in six international markets. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Creative Strategist starting October 1, 2026.

As a Creative Strategist (m/f/d), you will independently oversee and optimize the entire process at Inkster, from concept/strategy through production to the monitoring of creatives. As the fifth full-time employee and a member of our 10-person team, you will have a direct impact on success and gain exclusive insights into the growth strategy of a young love brand, as well as the creative power to help build Inkster. Tasks

• You will develop innovative and compelling campaigns that capture our customers' attention.
• You will create briefs for our content creator team.
• You will regularly analyze our own ads as well as the best ads on the market. Together with the team, you will break down historical campaigns and current trends into their individual components and formulate hypotheses on why they perform so well and what we can specifically learn and take away as inspiration.
• You will brainstorm new ideas for our testing campaigns, collect structured learnings, and thereby continuously improve the performance of our existing and future campaigns.
• You will organize and manage the content needs of the team and the different channels.
• You will lead the project management of our external content agency.

Qualifications

• You have a completed degree in media, marketing, communication, or a similar field, or you convince us that you don't need one.
• You are familiar with the different requirements of platforms like Instagram, TikTok, etc., and you also enjoy spending your free time on these platforms.
• Your initiative and independence are your defining characteristics.
• You can confidently devise campaign concepts.
• You have a feel for current trends and a strong interest in social media.
• You know the difference between UGC and video ads, as well as organic and paid social media content.
• You are communicative, a team player, and possess a highly developed creative flair and an intuition for the next social media trends.
• You have very good language skills in German and English.
