We are a rapidly growing fitness equipment startup and are looking for a Creative Strategist who will not only accompany our brand but strategically shape it. You want to go deeper into a target group that burns with passion. You steer the creative engine of a brand whose products make training better for thousands of people every day - and make this impact visible through your ads.

In direct collaboration with the founder, you build the strategic roadmap for our scaling. You are the head who forms winning ads from deep customer understanding - from Reddit research to the finished creative. We celebrate no
