Creative Strategist (e-commerce specialist)

As our Creative Strategist, you’ll be the brain behind the ads: turning data into creative concepts, coordinating production with editors and creators, and pushing out content that doesn’t just look good — it converts. You’ll be working fully remote with a high-energy team (copywriter, video editors, UGC creators, founders) to produce content that fuels growth, maximizes ROAS, and expands our brand footprint. What you'll do: * Analyze campaign performance and market trends to identify winning creative strategies. * Translate data-driven insights into actionable creative briefs. * Collaborate with copywriters, video editors, and UGC creators to bring concepts to life. * Oversee the end-to-end content production process, from concept to execution. * Test and iterate on creative assets to optimize performance. * Manage and maintain the content calendar. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in e-commerce, social media, and content marketing. * Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align creative efforts with overall business goals. Who you are: * 3+ years of experience in a creative role, with a focus on e-commerce. * Proven track record of developing and executing successful advertising campaigns. * Deep understanding of social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) and their respective best practices. * Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and identify key insights. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong understanding of video production and editing processes. * Experience with A/B testing. * A passion for fitness and a desire to help others achieve their goals is a plus.
