Aufgaben

Your Role

You are the person who brings Content to the next level at our company.

You connect:

• Performance understanding
• strategic thinking
• and language

and develop contents that can go viral and sound 100% like NaschNatur.

Your Responsibility

• You develop Content ideas, formats, and series with a focus on Viralität and Wirkung

• You analyze why Content functions – and why not

• You recognize patterns and lead to clear strategies and new approaches

• You develop Hooks, entrances, and dramaturgies that hold attention

• You conceptualize contents for:

• Instagram (Reels, Carousels, Captions)

• Story formats

• Newsletters and other content formats

• You write texts that emotionally appeal and perform

• You develop existing content further and make it systematically better

• You work closely with our Social Media Team and our founder Andi together

• You ensure that our Content feels consistent – not like generic Social Media

Qualifikation

What you should bring:

• several years of relevant experience in the field of Social Media, Creative Strategy or Copywriting
• a deep understanding of why Content goes viral – and why not
• experience in optimizing contents for Reach, Engagement, and Retention
• a very good sense for Hooks, Storytelling, and Content Structure
• experience in writing for Social Media (especially Instagram)
• the ability to analyze performance data and derive clear learnings from it
• a strong language sense and the ability to formulate contents naturally, emotionally, and precisely
• experience in creating content not just, but systematically improving
• a structured, self-responsible, and analytical working style

What we value most in this role:

You should not learn this role from scratch.

We are looking for someone who has already worked intensively with Content for several years and has a secure feeling for how contents should be built to get attention and reach people.

This role is particularly suitable for you if you don't just find Content good, but can explain why it works – and how to make it even better.

This role is not suitable for you if:

• You primarily create Content based on feeling, without understanding the mechanisms behind it
• You see yourself more as a classical Copywriter or pure texter
• You have little experience with performance analysis and content optimization
• You struggle to develop contents based on data
