Creative Strategist (B2B Performance Marketing)

Intro

We are building the first AI-native Go-To-Market Agency in DACH. Since 2024, we have grown to over €5M ARR and 30+ people in the team. We work with over 200 B2B-tech companies, including FreeNow, SmapOne, Swisscom, and Klett.

As a Performance Creative Manager, you are responsible for designing, storytelling, and messaging our Ad Creatives and Landing Pages - the assets that run monthly six-figure budgets in Paid Search and Paid Social. We work data-driven and fast-paced - without long approval loops. You make creative decisions independently and see directly in performance data what your work achieves. Since our customers only operate in the B2B field, it's about complex products and demanding target groups - making messaging and creative quality a decisive performance lever, much deeper than in classical B2C marketing.

Aufgaben

• You take over the creative responsibility for Ad Creatives and Landing Pages of entire customer accounts and make independent decisions on design, story, and messaging.
• You develop Creative Strategies for new campaigns and quickly get familiar with complex company fields and explainable B2B products.
• You conceptualize and design Creatives and Landing Pages for Paid Search and Paid Social on Google, Microsoft, Meta, and LinkedIn - from messaging to design to the finished asset.
• You keep an eye on the performance of your Creatives and iterate quickly if you notice weaknesses or potential in the data.

Qualifikation

• Erfahrung: You have already designed Ad Creatives and Landing Pages for Paid Search/Social campaigns, with monthly budgets running into four- to five-figure amounts.
• Arbeitsweise: Friends would describe you as a creative, analytical, and solution-oriented person - you don't just design something beautiful, but think in terms of conversion and performance.
• Motivation: You want not just a job, but to build Creatives with a team of experts that German industry leaders scale monthly budgets into five- or six-figure amounts.

1. Erster kurzer Austusch
Nach deiner Bewerbung melden wir uns direkt am nächsten Tag bei dir zurück. Im ersten Schritt vereinbaren wir mit dir ein 10-minütiges Telefongespräch mit jemandem aus unserem Team. Hier schauen wir, ob es von beiden Seiten aus passt und finden dann direkt schon einen Folgetermin für den Kick-Off Call.

2. Kick-Off Call
Im zweiten Gespräch nehmen wir uns ca. 30 - 45min. Zeit. Wir möchten dich richtig kennenlernen, wissen, was dich fasziniert und dich antreibt. Gleichzeitig bieten wir dir auch einen tieferen Blick hinter die Kulissen von Arvana und beantworten dir alle deine Fragen. Nach dem Gespräch kannst du mal alles reflektieren, sodass wir uns am nächsten Tag nochmal kurz austauschen können.

3. Team Meeting
Im letzten Gespräch möchten wir dich gerne in unser Office am Rosenthaler Platz einladen. Du lernst die Gründer Arne und Mirco persönlich kennen und hast auch die Möglichkeit mit dem Team zu quatschen. In ca. 90 Minuten nehmen wir dich tief mit in unsere Prozesse, Mission, den Business-Plan und geben dir einen 360 Grad Einblick. Nach dem Gespräch melden wir uns innerhalb von 2 Tagen bei dir zurück.
