This role is ideal for someone with experience in an in-house creative department or agency environment who can independently manage multiple projects, bring structure to creative requests, and deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision. What You'll Do Design a series of visual communications materials such as brochures, posters, and social media graphics that effectively communicate our brand's message and values. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and designs for various projects. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines while maintaining high-quality work. Provide guidance and support to junior team members, helping them grow professionally and personally. Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, software, and technologies to continuously improve skills and stay ahead of industry standards.
