Agency Triebfeder is a video production company founded in 2009, operating nationwide and specializing in bringing stories of people and companies to life through innovative and impressive visual content.

We are an innovative video production company that realizes creative projects from concept to post-production.

As a 14-member team, we live passion, professionalism, and continuous improvement – both in our creative and administrative processes.

To further strengthen our team, we are looking for a strategically thinking personality who connects sales and concept. In this role, you will accompany new project inquiries from the first idea to completion, advise clients on an equal footing, and develop tailored motion picture and social media solutions with genuine added value.

Tasks

You are responsible for the strategic and sales-oriented handling of new project inquiries. After a preliminary qualification, you will conduct expert talks with potential clients, analyze their needs, and develop suitable motion picture or social media solutions. You will create briefings, offers, and initial conceptual guidelines and accompany projects after the order has been placed until the final strategy, concept, script, and video.

During the production and post-production phase, you will step back and take over the project completion and handover to the client at the end, with a view to possible follow-up projects.

Qualification

You bring experience in sales, consulting, or account management in an agency, media, or marketing environment. Motion pictures, social media content, and campaign logic are familiar to you, and you understand how creative solutions can be successfully sold. You think strategically, can structure complex requirements, and communicate securely with decision-makers. We expect a self-employed work style, a good sense of customer needs, and interest in current marketing and social media trends.

We offer a gross annual salary from €40,000 depending on experience and profile, as well as a performance-based variable remuneration.
