Creative Projectmanager*in (m/w/d)

We love good ideas – but we know that without clean processes, clear communication, and good project management, it won't work. Therefore, we are looking for people who can manage projects, have experience, a sense of creation, and the ability to support us strategically, organizationally, and consultatively – with attitude and a good feeling for creativity.

We would like to fill the newly created position of "Creative Projectmanager*in" as soon as possible.

We are open to full-time models, but also very open to part-time models (parents are warmly welcome).

Aufgaben

You will be the person who keeps the daily routine as a Creative Projectmanager*in in a small agency together. You will work closely with Creation, clients, and management – and ensure that projects are not only well thought out but also properly implemented.

Your daily life at our agency consists of:

• Project management and customer support
• Counseling for clients in their day-to-day business
• Creating offers, timings, and invoices
• Project planning including budget, time, and resource planning
• Internal briefings for Creation & Production
• Capacity planning and coordination within the team
• Project and agency controlling
• A sparring partner for strategy and conception

Qualifikation

We are looking for someone who is not just a information transmitter from A to B, but a thinking part of the team, knows how an agency works – and has a passion for what we do every day.

To that end, you should bring:

• Multiple years of experience in an agency (project management / consulting)
• A very good understanding of project management & agency processes
• A structured, reliable, and independent working style
• A good feeling for creativity and the ability to evaluate it
• Strong communication skills – internally and externally
• A secure handling of MS Office
• First experience with KI-Tools
