We are looking for a Creative Director 100% remote who leads their own production team consisting of Creative Strategists, Cutters, Content Manager and Production Assistants - and ensures that high-performing Creatives & Funnel are produced for E-Commerce Brands like Alpensattel, bedrop, HealthRoutine and many more every week.

You are the central switch between customer and team, lead customer calls independently, manage capacities and continuously develop your production team. As a remote worker, you have absolute flexibility and can schedule your time yourself.

Aufgaben

Your tasks

• To ensure delivery from A to Z: You are responsible for ensuring that your production team delivers reliably every week - and jump in if someone falls out.
• Team goals achieved: You know the operational performance targets and help your team achieve them.
• Creative Strategists brief & feedback: You set content direction, brief new customers and onboarding, and provide feedback at script & strategy level.
• Customer service & customer calls: You are the first point of contact for customers in Slack and conduct regular customer calls.
• Second instance for your team: If Cutters, Content Manager or Production Assistants cannot progress with their direct contacts, you clarify it.
• Team capacity management: You recognize when your production team reaches capacity limits and are responsible for setting up and integrating new team members.
• Ongoing improvement: Processes, projects, employee development, training - you continuously develop your production team.

Qualifikation

What you must bring:

• 3+ years of experience in the field of Performance Creative, Creative Strategy or Paid Social - ideally from a D2C agency or own E-Commerce brand
• In-depth understanding of Direct Response Ads & Funnel - you must be able to write copies and understand what makes good Creatives & Funnel
• Operative strength - you maintain an overview of multiple customers, deadlines, and team capacities simultaneously
• Leadership skills without ego - you steer your team instead of doing everything yourself
• Eigenverantwortung & Eigenantrieb - you need no close guidance, but want to shape and improve yourself continuously
• Customer orientation - you communicate clearly, professionally, and solution-oriented with customers
• Team spirit & humor - we work closely together, support each other, and don't take ourselves too seriously - but always with performance in mind.
