Aufgaben

🙏🏻 WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT

You contribute to the success of the Social Media channels of our customers. Your input decides how these stand out from the competition and achieve their goals.

🤝 YOUR OUTPUT:

• You produce Social Media videos for our customers
• You produce Inhouse-Ads for our Recruiting-Funnel
• You manage the production equipment
• You prepare the produced material for post-production
• You are mainly responsible for the TikTok videos of selected customers and ensure constant growth.

Qualifikation

DAS KANNST DU:

• You are a pro in the TikTok game and have had professional touchpoints with Social Media besides private consumption
• You have experience in editing Social Media content, ideally with a focus on short-form videos on Social-Media-platforms.
• You are proficient in working with an editing software, ideally Premiere Pro or CapCut.
• You have an eye for visual aesthetics and Social-Media trends.
• You possess a high degree of self-initiative, teamwork, and sense of responsibility.
• You communicate clearly and persuasively and can present your ideas.
• You know the most important KPIs in Social Media Marketing.
• You speak fluent German in writing and speech.
