CONTENT-STRATEGIE, IDEATION & FORMATENTWICKLUNG

Responsibility for developing independent content formats and story worlds that serve as the content foundation for events, athlete projects, and activations. You develop authentic formats from the first idea to a formulated format concept. By combining creative storytelling approaches with strategic thinking, you ensure that contents are relevant and scalable for core target groups as well as new audiences.

AUDIENCE-, MARKT- & PERFORMANCE VERSTÄNDNIS

You identify content and story opportunities around events, athlete projects, and activations with local relevance for the Austrian market and international potential. Based on target group, usage, and performance data, you ensure that formats are effective – from pre-activation to live moments to post-event content. In close cooperation with programming, you analyze content performance, reach, and consumption trends, draw concrete learnings, and optimize existing formats as well as future activations regarding engagement, retention, and sustainable reach.

END-TO-END CONTENT-PRODUKTION (HANDS-ON)

Comprehensive responsibility for the operational implementation of productions. You accompany productions from conception to post-production and bring your hands-on expertise actively into play. You work closely with internal teams and external production partners, ensuring that contents are qualitatively high-value, targeted, and efficient.

STAKEHOLDER-, CREATOR- & PARTNER-KOLLABORATION

Closely cooperating with internal stakeholders and external partners to successfully implement content projects. You serve as a creative interface between internal teams, creators, agencies, and production partners. By ensuring that creative vision, editorial quality, and brand strategy are clearly communicated and consistently implemented across all parties involved.
