In this role, you will develop, optimize, and execute data-driven creative concepts that strengthen brand presence, engage audiences and drive measurable results across paid and organic channels. You’ll work closely with design, copy, and marketing teams, leveraging data insights to craft compelling campaigns that resonate with target audiences and achieve specific marketing objectives. Responsibilities: * Develop and implement creative strategies aligned with performance marketing goals. * Conceptualize and execute innovative creative concepts for various digital platforms. * Conduct A/B testing and analyze performance data to optimize creative assets. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, copy, marketing) to ensure cohesive brand messaging. * Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in creative and performance marketing. * Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output. * Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
