They’re now seeking a German-speaking Creative Operations Manager with a strong background in design and marketing to act as the Founder’s right hand — blending operational structure with creative insight. The Role: * Be the Founder’s trusted advisor and orchestrator of key initiatives. * Manage project workflow, ensuring efficient project delivery and resource allocation. * Oversee internal processes, identifying opportunities for optimization. * Drive the agency's operational strategy, aligning it with the overall creative vision. * Support the Founder in client communication, project scoping, and strategic planning. * Collaborate with the creative and technical teams to ensure seamless project execution. * Oversee budgets and project timelines. * Manage and mentor junior team members. * Maintain and develop client relationships. What you'll bring: * Proven experience in a similar role, ideally within a design or marketing agency. * Exceptional organizational and project management skills. * Strong understanding of design and marketing principles. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken). * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Proactive and solution-oriented mindset. * Experience with project management software.
