Creative Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

The Breitband Ortenau GmbH & Co. KG is a municipal broadband Zweckverband of the Ortenaukreis and is responsible, together with cities, municipalities, and network operators, for promoting the development of digital infrastructure in the region.

As a non-profit company, we work with funding from the federal government and state to build digital infrastructure, particularly in rural areas and outer regions.

We are looking for support in the area of marketing, design, and communication - from social media and content creation to print media and press releases, as well as creative involvement in shaping our brand.

Tasks

• Creation of Social-Media-Content (Instagram, LinkedIn & Facebook)
• Graphic design for Print & Digital (Basic requirements)
• Support in branding and corporate presence (Style Guide & CI)
• Creation of presentations, flyers, and advertising materials
• Maintenance and further development of our website based on SilverStripe
• Content creation for LinkedIn, website, and newsletter
  -> including ongoing projects
• Outfitting our media and publishing agency
• This job is also 80% possible
• Development of creative ideas & new formats
• General support in marketing daily life

Qualification

• Experience in the field of marketing, design or content creation
• Experience working with design tools (currently no tool selected) and Silverstripe CMS
• Very good German language skills & text security
• Experience in PR, communication or press releases is advantageous
• Creative flair for modern design & brand impact
• Self-motivated and structured working style
• Pleasure in varied tasks
• No perfect CV necessary - motivation & creativity
  -> handling graphic software relevant
