As Creative Manager (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the creative and visual development of the dean&david brand.

Your Tasks

Creative & Visual Brand Guidance

• You will develop the visual concept and creative direction of the brand continuously further
• You are responsible for the comprehensive branding across all relevant touchpoints: In-Store, POS, SOT, DMBs, Packaging, Campaigns, Social, and Digital
• You translate brand values and core messages into concrete visual concepts, layouts, and design principles

Design & Implementation

• You will implement creative assets yourself (Print & Digital) in collaboration with the Graphic Designer and the Agency
• You take over complex, time-critical, or brand-relevant implementations as needed
• You lead self-directed shootings and video shoots
• You ensure design quality, speed, and consistency in daily business

Design Governance & Quality

• You will develop existing design and CI guidelines further
• You ensure a uniform visual language across all channels
• You are responsible for the quality control of all creative assets (internal & external)

Digital & UI

• You accompany digital projects from a brand and design perspective
• You ensure that digital touchpoints are implemented visually conform to the brand, both in motion graphics and stills
• You work closely with Brand & Digital

Leadership & Collaboration

• You are a disciplinary and professional leadership figure for the Graphic Designer
• You structure tasks, prioritize topics, and ensure efficient collaboration within the design team
• You develop the Graphic Designer professionally further and provide clear, constructive feedback
• You manage external agencies and freelancers as needed

Collaboration & Interfaces

• You are a sparring partner for Marketing, Category, Product Development, and Management
• You accompany campaigns, launches, and new concepts from idea to implementation

Your Profile

• Multiple years of experience in a creative leadership role (e.g., Creative Manager, Art Director, Senior Designer)
• Experience in disciplinary or professional leadership of small teams
• Strong hands-on skills in implementing print and digital assets
• A very good sense for brand aesthetics, visual storytelling, and design systems
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, ideally also with KI tools
• A structured, pragmatic working style with high quality standards
