We are yasoon, a software company from Mannheim with around 20 employees. We develop apps that connect Microsoft 365 and Atlassian Jira and make collaboration in companies easier.

We are a small, ambitious team with high standards for our products – and for our brand presence. We appreciate good design, clear ideas, and people who drive things forward independently.

For the creative further development of our brand, we are looking for an experienced personality who not only designs but also thinks along, sets impulses, and takes responsibility.

Your Role

As Creative Lead, you will take responsibility for yasoon's visual appearance. You will further develop our brand creatively, contribute your own ideas, and ensure that our designs are high-quality, consistent, and contemporary across all channels.

You will be actively involved in design yourself, but you will also take on the creative leadership of our existing graphic designer.

We are explicitly not looking for someone who just processes briefs. We want someone who recognizes what can be improved, develops new creative approaches, and is eager to give our brand its own signature.

Your Tasks

• Brand Development: You continuously develop our visual brand identity and bring in fresh ideas and new design approaches.

• Creative Direction: You conceive and design creative solutions for campaigns, website, events, and marketing materials.

• Hands-on Design: You implement sophisticated designs yourself – from digital assets and landing pages to print and trade fair designs.

• Art Direction & Team Leadership: You brief and support our existing graphic designer, provide feedback, and ensure design quality.

• Independent Project Management: You coordinate design projects and work directly with marketing.

• Video & Multimedia: You support the visual design of product demos and videos.

What you bring

• Several years of experience in Art Direction, Brand Design, or Creative Direction – ideally in the B2B, SaaS, or technology environment.

• A portfolio that not only convinces us technically but also shows that you can develop independent, outstanding creative concepts.

• An excellent feel for contemporary design, typography, visual language, and visual trends.

• Experience in independently developing brands and accompanying creative projects from idea to implementation.

• Very good knowledge of common design tools, especially Adobe Creative Cloud.

• The ability to guide other designers, provide constructive feedback, and ensure high-quality standards.

• An independent, structured, and reliable way of working with a high standard for details.

• Enjoyment in discussing ideas, questioning existing approaches, and finding the best creative solution together.

• A plus, but not a must: Experience with motion design, video editing, or WordPress.
