Your Role

As Creative Lead, you are the main point of contact for one of our Hero Accounts. Together with your team, you ensure that the creative output is always at its highest level and in line with the strategic orientation. Your ideas convince clients and leave a lasting impression on renowned creative competitions, and you also have what it takes to recognize and develop creative excellence within your team.

What You'll Do

• You plan the team for projects, steer implementation, and are the first creative quality instance – from campaign idea to final deck, including tight timings.
• You develop concepts and ideas for our Hero Account, translate trends into relevant campaign approaches, and continuously develop the client creatively.
• You are a sparring partner and driver for the team, steering productions and presenting together with the team to the client.
• You work closely with Consulting, Social Media, Production, and Visual Department, and report to the Creative Director.

Job Requirements

What You Need

• Multiple years of experience in conceiving and implementing creative campaigns with first-hand experience in team leadership – ideally from a senior creative position in creative agencies – ideally from larger agencies with high-end budgets.
• You have a portfolio that shows campaigns that go beyond Always-On.
• You are eager to deeply understand, shape, and creatively develop a single client – and know how to develop good ideas within the team and bring them to implementation readiness.
• You steer projects and productions sovereignly, maintain overview even with tight timings, and communicate ideas convincingly both internally and externally.
• You bring comprehensive experience as a senior creative or in comparable positions with focus on creation in agencies.
• You work directly with clients together and contribute to the development and implementation of creative concepts and strategies.
• You bring proven operational experience in the agency field, including planning and executing complex projects.
• You have developed leadership skills, ideally with first-hand experience leading creative teams and projects.
