Creative Head - Promos

We are seeking a hands-on Creative Head - Promos who will lead and build a high-performing creative team while driving the visual identity of creative promos across the Republic Network. This is a team-first leadership role for a highly creative professional who can guide, mentor, and elevate a team of promos, and motion artists - while also actively contributing to ideation and execution. You will be responsible for delivering compelling, visually rich promotional content for TV shows, IPs, and other media properties. Your expertise in creating engaging visuals and storytelling will help shape the creative direction of our promos, ensuring they are on-brand, attention-grabbing, and drive results. As a key member of our creative team, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative concepts, scripts, and storyboards that bring our brand's vision to life.
