Your Role

You are the creative force behind our videos. You develop the ideas, write the scripts, lead the shooting days, and ensure that the end result is videos that stand out and perform. A videographer, actor, and editor are already on board. You will take the lead and be responsible for the outcome.

Your Tasks

• Concept & Scripts: You develop ad concepts and write scripts for our shooting days - hooks, storylines, and formats that stick in the feed.

• Lead Shooting Days: You will lead shooting days in Hamburg twice a month. You will direct, coach the actors, and ensure a smooth process.

• Editing Communication: You are the interface to our editor, provide clear feedback, and manage editing approvals.

• Secure Results: You are responsible for ensuring that the finished videos meet our quality and creative standards and can go live on time.

• Expandable: We are starting with Paid Ads. In the medium term, you can also help shape our organic content.

What you bring

• Mandatory: Demonstrable experience in Paid Ads / Social Production (e.g., Meta, TikTok, YouTube), ideally with examples from your portfolio

• Strong sense for storytelling, hooks, and content that stands out from other brands

• Experience in leading shooting days and managing teams (camera, actors, editing)

• Ability to write scripts that aim for performance and creativity

• Clear, structured communication and a high standard of quality

• Residency in or around Hamburg (shooting days on-site)
