Creative Director Copy (m/f/d) | Automotive

• Development, production, and implementation of creative concepts and text strategies for automotive campaigns
• Development of creative core ideas and their translation into various communication channels and formats
• Presentation of ideas and concepts to clients and internal teams
• Leadership of a multi-person copywriting team and ensuring (of high-quality work) consistently high creative quality
• Close collaboration with strategy, art direction, account management, and production
• (Ensuring compliance with brand guidelines and creative standards) Development and further development of brand ideas, taking into account brand strategy, tonality, and brand guidelines
• Promotion of innovations and observation of current trends and their translation into creative opportunities and relevant impulses for the brand
• Mentoring and further development of the team

• A compelling portfolio that reflects your creative writing, conceptual, and campaign abilities
• Excellent feel for language, tonality, and cultural relevance
• Initial professional experience as Creative Director Copy or several years of experience as a Senior Copywriter in an advertising agency/creative agency
• Strategic and conceptual know-how as well as the ability to develop relevant and independent creative core ideas from brand strategies
• Experience in storytelling —> Experience in storytelling and Brand Platforms
• Sound production knowledge, ideally experience with international productions
• Confident demeanor in presentations and in direct client contact
• Team spirit, social skills, and strong communication skills in collaboration with various disciplines
• You are fluent in German at a native level and have very good English skills, both written and spoken
