Your Tasks
- Lead the overall creative quality and direction of projects, teams and accounts.
- Define and steer creative concepts and campaign directions.
- Guide decision-making processes with clients and leadership teams.
- Oversee productions and ensure high creative standards.
- Foster collaboration across disciplines and departments.
- Develop team structures, workflows and creative processes.
- Mentor and grow creative talent within the agency.
- Drive innovation and identify relevant cultural and technological developments.
