Creative Director

Key Responsibilities Creative & Brand Leadership Develop and maintain the overarching creative vision and brand identity. Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team (design, copy, multimedia, social, etc.). Ensure all creative outputs—internal and external—are aligned to brand tone, positioning, and visual direction. Provide senior-level art direction across all media channels. Multimedia & Campaign Oversight Oversee and approve concepts, artwork, layouts, scripts, photography, videography, and other creative assets across all media. Manage the creative development process for marketing campaigns, product launches, and other initiatives. Collaborate with marketing, product, and sales teams to create cohesive, impactful campaigns. Budget & Resource Management Manage and allocate the creative budget effectively. Negotiate with vendors and freelancers, and manage their deliverables. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget. Innovation & Trend Awareness Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Champion creative innovation and new ideas to drive brand growth. Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Qualifications Proven experience in a creative leadership role, with a strong portfolio of work. Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing). Extensive experience in art direction, design, and branding. Strong understanding of digital media and marketing channels. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to lead and inspire a team of creatives. Experience in budget management and vendor negotiation. Strong project management and organizational skills. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and other relevant design software.
