Design the visual handwriting of PYNEMA – Graphic Designer*in (Videography focus) sought (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Graphic Designer*in (m/w/d) with a strong focus on Videography, who will take our visual quality to the next level. Do you love high-quality content, work independently and enjoy direct interaction with customers? Then you've come to the right place.

Location: Munich & surrounding area (regular on-site shootings with customers)

Tasks

Creative Conception. Development of video and content concepts for performance and brand campaigns.

Video Production. Planning and execution of shootings at the customer's location (focus on video), including editing and post-production.

Visual Quality. Ensuring a consistently high visual standard across all projects.

Customer Contact. Direct coordination with customers – from briefing to shooting to final implementation.

AI Integration. Integration of AI tools in creative processes to increase efficiency and idea development.

Performance Management. Implementation of creatives based on target group insights, funnel logic and KPIs.

Further Development. Optimization of existing formats and development of new content approaches.

Teamwork. Close collaboration with performance marketing and management – without disciplinary leadership responsibility.

Qualification

Videography Expertise. Excellent knowledge of videography (concept, shooting, light, sound, editing) as well as a good sense for photography.

Storytelling. You develop concepts with emotion, clarity and a performance focus.

Initiative. You work proactively, in a structured and solution-oriented manner.

AI Affinity. You actively deal with AI tools in the areas of content creation, editing, automation and creative workflows – and bring new possibilities to the team.

Creative Production. Experience in planning, structuring and executing shootings as well as in post-production (video & audio).

Performance Thinking. You understand creatives not only as art, but as a lever for conversion and brand building.

Communication. You work closely with our team, management and our customers – proactively, clearly and independently.

Experience. Min. 3–4 years of experience as a Graphic or Creative Designer*in, ideally in the e-commerce or performance marketing environment.

Languages. Excellent German skills (C2), English at least B2.

Place of Residence. You live in Munich or the surrounding area and are flexible for customer appointments on site.
