As a Creative Designer, you develop websites and landing pages that don't just look good – but are measurably convertible. You translate strategy, positioning, and performance learnings into clear page structures, strong visuals, and convincing user journeys.

Tasks

• Strategic further development of the website (Look & Feel, Structure, UI/UX, Trust Elements, Performance).
• Concept, setup, and optimization of landing pages and one-pagers for social media and Google traffic.
• Tight collaboration with the Head of Marketing as well as rapid implementation of learnings in new versions and designs.
• Development of visuals for website, ads, and social media – static and possibly with slight motion assets.
• Conceptualization along user journey, guidance, CTA logic, and conversion – not just focusing on aesthetics.
• Structuring of page layout, headlines, and content as well as optional support in SEO/AEO basics.

Qualification

• A strong sense for layout, typography, branding, and conversion design.
• Experience in web design and technical implementation ideally with WordPress (Elementor).
• Safe handling of the Adobe Creative Cloud.
• A structured, iterative working style as well as the ability to quickly implement feedback into optimized versions.
• A strong result-oriented mindset and joy in measurable performance. Strong understanding of user journey, conversion logic, and targeted guidance – beyond mere design.
• SEO/AEO basics (on-page structure, snippet thinking). Basic understanding of tracking, KPIs, and testing for performance optimization of landing pages.
