Creative Designer Remote (m/w/d)

We are FITYES

One of the fastest-growing fitness systems in the DACH Region. We build personal-free smart gyms with app, AI coach, and a design concept that makes all other gyms look old. This year we will open about 70 smart gyms across Germany.

And for that, we need you — someone who lives creative design and wants to become the best in this area. Someone who uses KI as a tool and still has their own style.

Aufgaben

Imagine it's morning, around 10:00 am.

You just had a call with the marketing team and know exactly which ads perform best. Based on these data, you come up with new creations that we can take live immediately.

In between, you design a new sticker set, create flyers for opening events, and design entire facades for the new smart gym in the neighborhood.

From small changes — new text on a video — to further developing our brand language for social media, you help us build a strong brand.

You develop different approaches and then discuss with your CMO how we can creatively develop the brand — what does the brand need to address young athletes just as much as older fitness newcomers?

Together, you develop a language, a system, with which we can become the largest gym brand in the world.

Thanks to your help — You are the person who shapes our brand and ensures that the whole world says YES to FITYES.

Qualifikation

What you bring

• Min. 3 years of experience in design

• Outstanding knowledge of common design programs

• Secure in simple video editing

• Experience in paid ad design

• Fluent in German

• You take responsibility for your work

• You are proactive and want to own this area

• You have a feeling for whether a design fits the brand

All these skills are important to us, but nothing has higher priority than your intrinsic desire to become the best in this area.
