Creative Designer (m/f/d) with AI Focus (Social Media)

Die Markentrainer (The Brand Trainers) get brands in shape. As an advertising agency from Karlsruhe, we build emotional brands with power, endurance, and a clear goal: more impact on the customer. We train brands like KVV and many other B2B companies from the medium-sized sector and skilled trades. AI is our constant training partner, from the first draft to the finished workflow.

Your Training Plan:

• You will design campaigns, websites, and social media content for online and print.

• You will develop visual languages and accompany photo shoots.

• You will work daily with AI and train yourself step-by-step into a professional: image and video generation, AI avatars, text assistants, and automated workflows.

• You will build your own AI solutions, such as individual assistants, agents, or linked tool chains, thereby bringing the entire team into top form.

• You will manage projects from briefing to the finish line: schedule, coordination with clients and team, quality.

• You will tell stories in designs and presentations that convince clients.

Your Strengths:

• At least 2 years of experience in design or content creation, preferably in an agency

• Proficient in Figma and the Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)

• Initial AI practice and the ambition to make more of it: from workflows and automations to custom assistants

• Experience in project management and a clear focus on priorities

• Very good German language skills, both written and spoken

• A good eye for design, typography, and usability

• Confident in client interaction and presentations

• A plus: experience with B2B clients and photo shoots
