Creative Designer (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• You create creatives for our clients' social media campaigns, from statics to UGC videos to animations

• You nail the visual language and image editing and accompany shoots and filming on-site

• You cut and grade a variety of UGC videos, native to the platform and without looking like advertising

• Together with the team, you develop visual concepts and ideas for client campaigns and pitches

• You translate insights and trends into storytelling for designs and pitch presentations

• You implement designs for performance testing and consistently develop them based on the results

• You work closely with Creative Concepters and Production in the client team, in close collaboration with Strategy and PM

Qualifications

• You have gained initial experience in content creation, e.g., through internships, working student positions, or your first permanent employment

• You are proficient in the Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Figma)

• Ideally, you already have practical experience in motion design, animations, and visual effects

• A good eye for creative design and aesthetics

• A self-directed work style with a hands-on mentality

• You are confident in contributing to the client team and presenting results

• Fluent German and English, both spoken and written
