Creative Designer – Marketing Ads

About the Role

We’re looking for a Creative Designer who can produce high-quality, high-performing marketing ads across digital platforms. This role requires a strong visual sense, quick iteration skills, and the ability to turn marketing ideas into compelling ad creatives that capture attention and drive clicks.

What You Will Do

• Design static ad creatives for Meta, Google, YouTube, and LinkedIn

• Create visuals for performance marketing campaigns

• Develop variations for A/B testing

• Work on landing page banners and promotional graphics

• Ensure ads are visually consistent, clear, and conversion-focused

• Collaborate with marketing to understand goals and translate them into visuals

What We’re Looking For

• Strong sense of visual hierarchy, typography, layout, and colour

• Experience designing digital ads or marketing creatives

• Ability to think fast, experiment, and test different concepts

• Good command of Figma / Photoshop / Illustrator

• Portfolio showing ad creatives, campaign designs, or high-quality marketing visuals

Good to Have

• Basic motion design for animated ads

• Experience in D2C, e-commerce, or high-volume marketing environments

• Understanding of click-through behaviour and ad design best practices
