Role Overview: We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Creative Designer to join our dynamic team. This is a pivotal role that goes beyond traditional design, requiring a forward-thinking individual who can drive innovation in our product line and elevate our brand identity. The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of creative talent, technical proficiency, and a collaborative spirit to shape the future of our kitchen solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Innovative Kitchen Design and Product Development:

• Spearhead the design process for new and existing modular kitchen products, focusing on innovation, ergonomics, and aesthetic excellence.
• Utilize advanced design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) to create detailed 2D and 3D renderings and technical drawings.
• Stay abreast of global kitchen and interior design trends, new materials, and smart home technologies to inform and inspire new product concepts.
  
  

• Serve as the creative liaison between the design department and the Research and Development (R&D) team.
• Collaborate on the development of new product features, material applications, and manufacturing processes.
• Translate R&D discoveries into practical, market-ready designs that align with our brand's vision and quality standards.
• Work closely with manufacturing teams to ensure design integrity and feasibility from concept to production.
  
  

• Develop and execute comprehensive design strategies for all brand assets, including exhibition booths, showroom displays, and marketing collateral.
• Lead the conceptualization and design of our exhibition spaces, creating immersive and impactful experiences that highlight our product innovations.
• Act as the brand's creative guardian, ensuring a consistent and authentic visual identity across all communication channels, both digital and physical.
  
  

• Conceptualize and implement dynamic visual merchandising and styling for our showrooms.
• Create compelling product displays and vignettes that tell a story, demonstrate functionality, and inspire potential customers.
• Regularly refresh showroom layouts to showcase new collections and maintain a fresh, engaging environment.
  
  

• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, adhering to project timelines and budget constraints.
• Present design concepts and rationales to senior management and internal stakeholders for feedback and approval.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Experience:

• A minimum of 5-8 years of professional experience as a Creative Designer, Product Designer, or similar role, preferably within the Modular Kitchen industry.
• A strong, well-curated portfolio showcasing innovative design solutions and a clear understanding of branding principles.
  
  

• Advanced proficiency in 3D modelling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray) and technical drawing software (e.g., AutoCAD).
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Familiarity with materials, manufacturing processes (specifically in modular kitchens), and production pipelines.
  
  

• Highly creative and detail-oriented with a passion for problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, capable of managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.
