Aufgaben

• You create standalone graphics and visual assets for our Email-Marketing and are responsible for the corresponding editorial plan.
• You plan, design, and post our content on Instagram and other Social-Media channels, from idea to publication.
• You produce image material mainly with AI-Tools (Midjourney, Gemini, Artlist) and bring it up to brand level using Photoshop and Illustrator.
• You work KPI-oriented: You understand how your creatives perform, and optimize based on performance data (CPM, CTR, ROAS).
• You organize your tasks structured over Asana and align yourself closely with the Performance-Marketing team.

Qualifikation

• Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator is a must for us
• Experience with AI-Tools for image and content creation (e.g. Midjourney, Gemini, Artlist) or high willingness to learn in this area.
• Basic knowledge of Performance Marketing: You know the most important KPIs and can participate in creative discussions based on data.
• Eigenständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise, you don't need micromanagement
• Sense for visual language, aesthetics, and what works on Social Media.
• Very good German knowledge in writing and speaking.
• Residence in the Stuttgart area, the position is 100% remote, but you should be nearby for occasional team days and shootings.
